Membership level
A named tier that defines what a member pays and what they can access.
A membership level bundles a price, a billing interval, and a set of access rules under one name — "Free", "Pro", "Founding Member". Members hold one or more levels, and every access decision on the site resolves to the levels they hold.
Levels are the unit most membership decisions hang off: pricing pages list them, drip schedules count from the date one was granted, and upgrade paths move a member from one to another. Getting the level structure right early saves a painful migration later.
